Anxiety can often leave you feeling trapped in your head with your mind racing constantly.

You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together on your own. The racing thoughts, the overthinking, the fear of judgment—it can all feel like too much. The constant worrying, physical tension, difficulty concentrating, or even a sense that something is always “off.” But things can get better.

 I offer individual therapy through telehealth and use evidence-based practices to support you calm feelings of overwhelm, reduce racing thoughts, and manage stress while increasing your own sense of confidence, understating of self, and over-all well-being.

Together, we’ll gently challenge your inner critic and build self-compassion. You don’t have to perform to be accepted. You can feel more relaxed, connected, and fully yourself around others.
